This welding machine model is available in versions with useful welding of 3 or 4 meters.

The machine is equipped with an electronic control that allows you to set, by means of a touch-screen panel, all the data necessary for welding.

Using a digital control it was possible to eliminate the door that protects the welding area in order to facilitate visibility during the machining cycle while maintaining the same level of safety.

For the production of mosquito nets, the roll holders for the 50 mm and 10 mm webbing are applied to the welding machine.

In addition to these operations, it is possible to weld the ZIP profile, join fabrics and weld other profiles.

For the production of roller blinds and blackout blinds, an automatic system has recently been added to the welding machine for the execution of a pocket with measures from 3,5 to 10 cm.

The depth of the pocket can be entered directly from the touch-screen without having to manually change anything on the welding machine (optional).

After placing the sheet in position, with a single “START” the complete folding and welding cycle is carried out.

The ST1S200 is a manual thermal welding machine dedicated to the production of mosquito nets.

The 220 V voltage and low consumption (2 kw) allows this welding machine to be used even in companies with small systems, while maintaining a high level of quality and quantity of welding.

The manual welding machine is equipped with an electronic control that allows you to set, by means of a touch-screen panel, the few data necessary to carry out the welding. There are no mechanical timers as they are subject to wear and could lead to reliability problems.

The welding machine is equipped with 1,5 m and 10 mm wide electrodes.
The fixed support bench is 3 meters long.
To increase the ease of use, it is possible to have the fixed support bench of 6 meters.

For the production of mosquito nets, it is possible to weld both the pocket on the bottom for the handle bar and the lateral reinforcements for the application of the windproof buttons. To allow this use, the roll holders for the 50 mm and 10 mm tape are applied to the machine.

To facilitate processing, the model with a mobile bench is available.
This version allows you to use the welding machine for the production of customized mosquito nets and in 6 m bars.

For those who need to produce 6-meter bars of mosquito nets, the 3-meter ST3 welding machine can be equipped with a 6-meter mobile support bench. Simultaneously with the progress of the welds, the tape and the cord are automatically inserted.
Using the 3 m welding bars it is possible to obtain an excellent result in a very short time.
