The SR5 electronic cutting and welding table is our most advanced model designed for the production of insect screen mesh.

In a single cutting cycle, the 10 mm side strips (for wind-resistant buttons) and the bottom pocket are applied without needing to reposition the mesh.

All programming is easily managed via the touchscreen panel.

The bottom pocket is welded using a thermal welding unit with 3-meter electrodes.

Equipped with two roll holders.

Its speed and ease of use ensure high production output and superior final product quality.

 

Includes a remote support system and is Industry 4.0 ready.

The ST6000 is a thermal welding machine (6 m useful welding in two steps) built to weld a 50 mm fiberglass tape pocket on a mosquito net, blackout or other similar materials for the application of the handle bar.

For the production of nets for the KIT (6 m), in addition to the webbing it is also possible to insert the fixing cord and it is possible to insert the handle bar each time that at the end of the cycle will be extracted together with the net.

On request, it is possible to adapt the simultaneous insertion of the box as well.

In this way, at the end of the cycle there will be no other steps to be carried out.

The machine is equipped with an electronic control that allows you to set, via a comfortable touch-screen panel, the few data necessary for processing.

The welding machine can also be used for the production of customized mosquito nets.

Despite the size and the amount of work that this welding machine can carry out, the electrical consumption remains low (only 2 kw).

Being a resistance welding, the machine does not require major maintenance and is inexpensive to maintain.

Semi-automatic electronic cutting bench for cutting nets in 6 m KIT.

The TR6000 is the most suitable bench to perform the first operations for the production of cutting mosquito nets.

In fact, at the end of the cycle we will have the net cut and wrapped on the tube.

To complete the bar production cycle, the 6 m ST6000 thermal welding machine can be placed next to the bench

which welds the pocket for the handle bar by directly inserting the webbing, lanyard, handle bar and box.

It is possible to work with programmed or single continuous cutting.

To reduce production times and workstations as much as possible, it is possible to install the KIT for applying the double-sided adhesive on the tube on which the mesh will then be glued (manually).

The bench can be used to cut to size blinds or other similar materials.
The machine is controlled by a PLC, the data necessary for processing is entered via a touch-screen panel. It is also possible to load the data through a barcode reader in order to eliminate any errors in the programming phase.
The current version is the result of years of updates following, in addition to the evolution of mechanics and systems, the advice and changes requested by users.
The bench is available in the version with a fixed magazine of 3 rolls (MOD. SR4), with an automatic magazine of 12 rolls inserted in the structure (MOD. SR4-12).
Furthermore, for those who need to use the bench also for the production of cutting mosquito nets, it is possible to integrate the bench with a drag measure of 6 meters and the insertion of the double-sided tape on the tube. At the end of the grid application, an electric motor carries out the winding.
